Today we got our appraisal back... this first picture here shows the picture that the appraiser took before figuring out the value of our property... - never realized that a concrete slab was worth the price of a house! :)We were excited to see that our outside doors were now put in (they will eventually be painted black) and the electrical is all up!...including the can lights in the kitchen! The window above the door is in the correct spot now too (instead of on the floor of the 4th bedroom/den! We see the sheet rock is in the house too...but before any of that goes up, we have a walk through on Thursday to double check things.
We're glad to see that some birds have decided to make their home in our house now! And they even have a bathtub to swim in if they'd like - now officially moved from our garage to the hall bathroom!
