We got to see Ellie clap her hands for the first time this week - on December 5, 2012!

I left Ellie alone in the kitchen for about 30 seconds one day while I hung something up on the drying rack - below is what I came back to :)
We had a small birthday party for our new friend Marissa, daughter of Yasmin and Patrick. She turned two in November, but was sick on her birthday and didn't have a party. So we cooked up a yummy dinner and some dessert - found a fun toy (that Marissa instantly had fun with), and had a wonderful night!

We celebrated the advent of Christmas by lighting the advent wreath and dancing to holiday tunes throughout the house (caught below)
This picture below was taken at about 6:30AM - Ellie joined us for breakfast and Daddy couldn't resist the moment to cuddle with his sweet baby girl :)
