Such a special day and weekend! Jeremiah took the day off and we drove down to Long Beach - Ellie's first trip down there!
The drive down went so smoothly, and we even stopped at our normal midway stop - Gormon's McDonalds... so of course we had to take a photo!
Our first stop was a surprise visit to my mother's work. Her four year olds were so excited to meet Ellie - they seemed to know exactly who she was!
We then decided to surprise Jeremiah's grandmother. What an awesome moment to see her hold her first great-grandchild!
Her sister Carol stopped by for a visit too!
And then Mimi Cindi...
And then Cousin Judy...
And then Chris, Abby and Michelle!
Such a wonderful few hours of family time and love!
Then we drove home where PopPop Ron was so excited to see Ellie again...
Maria and Heinz also came over.......
And we ended the fabulous day by going out to dinner at Outback with my parents and Mimi Cindi - Ellie's first restaurant adventure! Notice Ellie was sleeping in many of the pictures.. it made the busy day a little bit easier! I can't believe how calm she was throughout the whole weekend!
