My brother Frankie enjoys eating food with no meat or dairy products in them and he decided to make us a fun meal when he was over - vegan crabcakes! And they were really really yummy!
PopPop and Ellie definitely had some good bonding time during our month long visit in Long Beach! My mom, dad and Frankie came to our home this past weekend, and the bonding time continued! Plus Ellie showed off some new skills: fully rolling from her belly to her back and sometimes the other way too! And now she has started to cry when a toy is taken from her - how fun :)
We got some patio furniture for our backyard! Now we have a great seating area under our covered patio, and we also have a table set so we can enjoy meals under the stars! Ellie is obviously quite excited about the new places to sleep!
The table and umbrella have created more shade for us in our backyard - that means we can actually play outside even when the temperature is 108 degrees - as it was this weekend!
Even Sandy enjoyed playing with us outside - she LOVES her sister!
We went out to dinner and Ellie became unusually focused on her hands - as if she had just seen them for the first time...
